从胶子到老子的有无同源到宇宙实质 - From Gluons to Laozi’s Theory of Being and Non-being, and the universe essence
前几天，中国高能物理所国际合作组的科学家们证明了胶子（Gluon）可以自相聚合形成新的基本粒子胶球（Glueball）引起轰动。直至最近，胶子是被世界物理界公认的传递物质最基本粒子夸克之间强作用力的谋介，它将夸克紧紧束缚在一起，构成质子、中子等。胶子能自相聚合成胶球的证明确认了“力”可以转换为“物”的物理过程。“力”被认为是“物”之间的作用，是“物”演变的原因。今天“物”之间的作用就是“物”本身被网爆成唯物论失败的里程碑：完全唯物地科学研究证明了唯物的虚无属性。
不过老子不是在2500年前在【道德经】的首篇里早已讲过了吗？“无名天地之始；有名万物之母… 。此两者，同出而异名“。在老子那里，”有“和”无“本是同源，只是名称有别而已。这个千年的圣人认知今天被科学证明。其实物理界早就发现”有“和”无“同源的端倪，如光子（转递电磁力的谋介）的波粒两属性，能量和物质的转换方程等。
是否可以想象，未来的科学研究会发现信息才是世界的实质？一切基本粒子和相互作用是否都可回归于信息的表达和传递？”有“和”无“只是信息的两种形式而已。我们是否可以认为人为信息处理而活（人的生命的一切就是为维持大脑这个信息处理器的正常工作，人可以缺手少脚，甚至心脏都可以是机械的，只要脑袋还可以思考或处理信息）？而整个人类的集体行为是为了提高信息处理的水平及可延续性，甚至包括走向硅基生命？
量子物理和天体物理将不断给人类带来革命性的认知。
A few days ago, scientists from the international collaboration group at China’s Institute of High Energy Physics caused a sensation by demonstrating that gluons can aggregate to form a new type of elementary particle known as a "glueball." Until recently, gluons were recognized by the global physics community as the mediators of the strong force—the force binding quarks (the most fundamental particles of matter) together to form protons, neutrons, and other particles. The proof that gluons can aggregate into glueballs confirms a physical process in which "force" transforms into "matter." "Force" is traditionally viewed as an interaction between "matter" and the driving cause of its evolution. Today, the fact that the interaction between "matter" is itself "matter" serves as a milestone marking the failure of materialism: purely materialist scientific research has demonstrated the "void-like" (or non-substantial) nature of materialism.
Yet, did Laozi not articulate this very concept 2,500 years ago in the opening chapter of the “Tao Te Ching”? "Non-being is the origin of the universe; Being is the mother of all things. … These two things share a common origin, differing only in name”. This ancient sage's insight has now been validated by science. In fact, the physics community had long glimpsed indications of this shared origin—such as the wave-particle duality of photons (mediators of the electromagnetic force) and the equations governing the conversion between energy and matter.
Could we imagine that future scientific research might reveal Information to be the fundamental essence of the universe? Might all elementary particles and interactions ultimately be reducible to the expression and transmission of information? Are "Being" and "Non-being" merely two forms of information? Could we argue that humans exist primarily for the sake of information processing—that the entirety of human life serves to maintain the proper functioning of the brain as an information processor (since one can survive without limbs or even with a mechanical heart, provided the brain can still think or process information)? And is the collective behavior of humanity aimed at enhancing the capacity and continuity of information processing—potentially even leading to the emergence of silicon-based life?
Quantum physics and astrophysics will continue to bring revolutionary insights to humanity.
